Service of Process
This service is used predominately by solicitors and financial institutions where ‘evidence of service’ or receipt of documents according to legal process is required.‘Service of Process’ operates on a national or international basis through our agency networks. Our agents can also travel to any location in the world as your circumstances dictate.
We are recognised experts in this field. For example, a recent internal performance survey of three thousand randomly chosen cases revealed that our service was successful in 97.2% of cases. Whilst only 0.8% were not served and other 2% of the cases were settled prior to any requirement for completion.
